The Great Compassion Repentance is one type of the ‘Avalokitesvara Boddisattva method’ which indicates Avalokitesvara's wisdom and complete enlightenment, as well as compassion and skillful means. It leads practitioners to repent by observing Avalokitesvara's ten great vows.※   
Ven. Guo-Goang Dharma heir of master Shengyen and Vice-Abbot of Dharma Drum Mountain.  She served as DDM Provost before taking a 6-year solitary retreat. Ven. Guo-Goang received full-ordination in 1990.Ven. Chang-Hwa, Ph.D. Director of Chan Meditation Center and Supervisor of DDM
